Hatha Hold postures steadily in stillness for 30 – 60 seconds. Concentrating on good alignment and consistently smooth breathing, while giving you space to “go inside” and find a meditative state of mind. This class contains: Cleansing techniques (kriya) A good balance of strength and stretching poses (asana) Controlled breathing (pranayama) Concentration (dharana) Meditation (dhyana) Vinyasa – Flow Seamlessly Flow between each posture while synchronising your movement with your breath. Still enjoy static holds with the opportunity to “go inside” and bring awareness to your alignment.
